Age: 8-11 Females 9-12 Males 3) TRAINING TO TRAIN Emphasis on specific conditioning, Develop specialist cricket skills, ensure the necessary 'Movement skills' are competent & improving. Promote 'Winning Minds' Age: 11-15 Females 12-16 Males 4) TRAINING TO COMPETE Age: 5) TRAINING TO WIN Heighten physical capacities, Mentoring / Guidance, Futher skills development, Focus on team dynamics, Tactical awareness. Age: 17+ Females 18+ Males 6) RETIREMENT Training of players for roles in coaching, administration and as officials. |
